1. User Eligibility & Account Responsibility

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout (Name, Address, Phone Number).
• Take full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your order information.
• Immediately update us if any provided information changes before delivery is completed.

2. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display the colors and images of our baby clothing as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the confirmed price at the time of order placement will be honored.
• Delivery charges (Inside Dhaka / Outside Dhaka) are calculated separately and clearly stated before payment confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the exact amount in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving the product. (Note: COD may have a maximum order limit).
• Mobile Banking (bKash / Nagad / Rocket): Payments must be made to our official merchant numbers provided via SMS or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for payments sent to wrong numbers.

An order is only confirmed once the payment is successfully processed (for prepaid) or the order is verified by our support team (for COD).

4. Shipping and Delivery

Baby Nest Fashion delivers physical goods using registered third-party courier partners (e.g., Pathao, Steadfast, Redx). Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Inside Dhaka: Typically 1-3 business days.
• Outside Dhaka: Typically 3-5 business days.
• We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, political unrest, or courier-specific operational issues.
• If a parcel is returned to us by the courier due to “Customer Unreachable” or “Address Not Found” after multiple delivery attempts, the customer must bear the re-shipping cost to send it again.

5. Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policies are strictly enforced to comply with consumer protection standards.

• Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it is handed over to the courier for a full refund (for prepaid orders).
• Returns/Exchanges: Accepted only within 3 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and has intact tags and packaging.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days back to the original payment method or as store credit.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, images, product descriptions, and software, is the exclusive property of Baby Nest Fashion. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Baby Nest Fashion shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
