Refund & Return Policy

Return Conditions

You can return the product in the following cases:

• The product was delivered incorrectly or in a defective condition
• There is a mismatch between the received product and the ordered size or color
• A manufacturing defect is found in the product
• The product has not been used at all, and the tags and packaging are intact

Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted

• If the product has been used or washed
• If the tags have been removed or the packaging is damaged
• If applied after 3 days solely for the reason of “didn’t like it”
• Products bought during discount or clearance sales (unless specified otherwise)

Return Process

• First, contact our customer support with your order number and a description of the problem
• You may be asked to send photos or videos of the product for verification
• After approval, the product must be sent back to the specified address, or a pickup will be arranged
• Once the product is inspected, the refund or exchange will be processed

Exchange Policy

We provide exchange facilities for size or color changes, subject to stock availability. The same terms and conditions apply for exchanges — the product must be unused, with tags, and returned within the specified time.

Refund Method

Refunds are usually returned through the same method the payment was made (mobile banking / bank transfer), or the customer can choose to take it as store credit. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund is sent directly via bKash/Nagad or a bank account. After verification is completed, it typically takes 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Return Shipping Cost

If the product is defective or the wrong product was sent, Baby Nest Fashion will bear the return shipping cost. However, if the return is due to the customer’s personal preference, the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
